I have tried to load the data in grid dynamically using data URL. I think there will be 4000 records. It’s taking 1 minute to load the grid with data.
And If I selected the next row of the grid, it nearly taking 10 seconds to load again with 10 records. While loading the gird looks like an empty grid.
Can you give any idea to improve the performance of grid?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having performance problems with your grid! Generally, loading this many records into the grid widget should not take this long to load. Can you give us any more information on how exactly you’re loading the data into your grid? Is this a public space that our team can take a look at ourselves to try to determine what’s causing this problem?
Alternatively, you may be able to determine why this issue is occurring by taking a look at the browser’s developer tools. The Network tab in the browser’s developer tools should give you more information regarding the timing of the network request.
